Sara Beatriz - Born in Lima, Peru and raised in Miami, Florida has invested 15+ years of her life pursuing her passion in Dance. Sara’s journey in dance began in her late teens and within her first year of college she was recognized as “Dancer of the year”. Her determination and courage continued to help her through the dance training, with full scholarship, at New World School of the Arts University. During her training, Sara was among 12 dancers chosen to dance in the professional Opera performance called AIDA at Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance, she received 2 amazing opportunities to dance professionally with Miami Based Companies: Ballet Randolph and Jerri Houlihan & Dancers. Thereafter, Sara went on to dance for Brazarte Modern Dance Company (Director: Roberto Diaz) and Dance Eternal (Director: Rene Rich).
In addition, she also contributed her time to worship dance venues at Christ Journey Church. As part of Sara’s experiences, she developed and directed a summer dance camp and afterschool dance program for children ages 7 to14 for 10 years through the City of Miami Beach Parks & Recreation. Sara is a mother of a beautiful, creative and bright 11 year old daughter. In this season of her life, Sara continues to press strong with a renewed passion for exploring her aspirations to another level – to breathe, dance and inspire others to achieve the best version of themselves through mind, body and soul in the performing arts and fitness.
